Refund Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of products are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at sale@khurramperfume.com and send your item to: Shop number 1022, Knight road, Lalkurti, Rawapindi, Pk.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please mail it to: Shop number 1022, Knight road, Lalkurti, Rawapindi, Pk.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
